Collaborative sneakers often help to inject unexpected new energy into a brand and 2022 has given us some pretty wild collabs<\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/span>By now, we are no strangers to food-themed sneaker collabs\u2014the most recent ones being Nike’s special edition Air Force 1 Mid “Izakaya”<\/a> and a full sneaker and apparel collection from Puma and Coca Cola<\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But an upcoming team-up between Reebok, Japanese sneaker retailer atmos and popular snack brand Baby Star Ramen, has caught us by surprise, and in a good way!
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This atmos x Baby Star Ramen x Reebok triple collaboration takes the Reebok Classic Leather silhouette and shakes things up with elements from Baby Star Ramen. Color scheme-wise, the suede and leather upper comes in a neutral cream color, while the yellow-white-red sole unit references the famous ramen snack’s packaging.<\/p>\n

The most prominent Baby Star Ramen detail would be the Reebok vector logo on the lateral side. The logo now comes in a print of the ramen snack that Baby Star is synonymous with. Right above, in another tongue-in-cheek touch, the “Reebok” text has been replaced with “Ramen”.<\/p>\n

Baby Star Ramen fans would be elated to find the noodle brand’s characters “Hoshio-kun” and “Bay-chan” featured on the left and right heel. Additional details include an insole printed with a similar all-over ramen snack print.<\/p>\n

Raffle (lottery) starts on 29 August, and the shoes officially drop on 3 September via atmos online.<\/p>\n
