The Legendary Six Samurai storyline as shown in Master Guide 3 expanded on the backstories of those six warriors, the predecessors of the Six Samurai. Shi En, one of the Legendary Six Samurai, would go on to be depicted on a Yu-Gi-Oh TCG card for the first time in the 2010 Core Booster Storm of Ragnarok. Almost 14 years later, that Legendary Six Samurai card’s upgraded form has now been revealed in Rage of the Abyss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legendary Klesha Six Samurai – Shi En is among the Rage of the Abyss cards that can come in the rarity of Quarter Century Secret Rare. It’s one of two upgraded forms of Legendary Six Samurai cards found in the set; however, the other such card doesn’t come in the rarity honoring the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG’s 25th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those who are into the in-universe lore will be more likely to be taken by this card because it indirectly expands on the story of the Legendary Six Samurai. Finally, those who are long-time Yu-Gi-Oh TCG enthusiasts might be drawn to this card’s “nostalgia factor” as it’s an upgrade to a card from a set and story arc introduced almost a decade and a half ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The English version of this card will be released on the same day as the rest of Rage of the Abyss: 10 October 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buying a copy of a Quarter Century Secret Rare Legendary Klesha Six Samurai – Shi En (Rage of the Abyss ROTA-JP039) card will cost 3,000 JPY (~US$20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
