Ja Morant’s weekend was marked by dual honors. Inducted into the Murray State Hall of Fame, he also received an exclusive iteration of his upcoming Nike Ja 2 signature shoe. The vibrant blue sneakers, mirroring the school’s colors, were presented in a custom wooden box engraved with Morant’s college basketball achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the Hall of Fame recognition is well-deserved, fans eagerly await an official release date for the highly anticipated Nike Ja 2 in a “Stargazer” colorway<\/a>. Not much is known about the pair at this juncture, except that it is a low-cut construction blending mesh and leather, accented by Morant’s signature branding on the tongue and heel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intriguing speckled patterns adorn the forefoot and heel of the midsole, while a solid purple outsole completes the look. Stay tuned for more details as they arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
