Jordan Brand honors Mexican culture and commemorates the nation’s fight for freedom with the upcoming Nike Air Jordan 5 “El Grito” collection for Fall 2024. This release draws inspiration from the historic “El Grito de Dolores”, Father Miguel Hidalgo’s call to action that ignited the Mexican War of Independence on 16 September 1810.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection boasts two distinct colorways: “Sail, Coconut Milk, Pink Green, and Dark Pony” and “Diffused Taupe, Dark Pony, Sail, and Apple Green”. Both iterations showcase unique design elements that pay homage to El Grito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A particularly noteworthy detail is the laser-cut leather and debossing on the upper, drawing inspiration from the intricate patterns and textures found in traditional Mexican architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scheduled for a 7 September release at Nike and Jordan Brand’s brick-and-click stores, the Nike Air Jordan 5 “El Grito” will be available in men’s sizing and priced at US$210.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
