The adidas NMD S1 has been unveiled in two colorways prior, and another with Pharrell’s Humanrace imprint. The all-white iteration features a milky upper, and the subsequent one, an all-grey body and phosphorescent jade green sole.<\/p>\n

Picking up where they left off is the eponymous “Core Black”, dominating much of the Primeknit upper, save for the translucent window on the quarter, standing in contrast to the the three stripes. Subtle whites permeate the heel counter and the two-tone laces. But other than that, the monotone scheme is uniform across the lower body as well. From the outsole serrated by the adidas Trefoil tiling; to the gel midsole accentuated by the triple-stacked air inserts, giving the sneaker a futuristic aesthetic.<\/p>\n

The NMD S1 is a worthy successor to adidas’ 2013 megahit, slowly making its ascension to the fore of the Primeknit series. They’ll get a global release come 12th August but you can make your bid at END. from now till then.<\/p>\n
