[Update 17 Jul 2024] The special Futura x Nike “Paris 2024 Olympics” apparel collection is now available for purchase on Nike.com (JP). Look for additional releases at atmos on 23 July and the “NIKE JPN M NK SATIN DUGOUT JKT OLYB” dropping on 1 August.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2024 continues to be a remarkable year for Futura, the legendary graffiti artist whose work has transcended the boundaries of street art and into the fashion industry. A string of high-profile collaborations has solidified his position at the forefront of the street culture zeitgeist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The year began with a limited-edition release (only 1,000 pairs) of the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog<\/a>. This was quickly followed by his own take on the Crocs Classic Clog<\/a>, laying his signature motifs on a familiar canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The momentum continued with the Supreme Spring\/Summer 2024 collaboration<\/a>, culminating with the release of his \u201cWhite and Geode Teal\u201d Nike SB Dunk Low<\/a> and the F&F-exclusive \u201cSunblush\u201d colorway<\/a>. Next, capping off an impressive string of projects, Futura announces a collaborative capsule collection with Nike in lieu of the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This upcoming collection, a testament to Futura’s enduring influence even after five decades in the creative sphere, signifies a unique fusion of his artistic identity and national pride. Scheduled for a global release in July 2024, the unisex apparel line encompasses short-sleeved and long-sleeved T-shirts, crewnecks, jackets, beanies, and caps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flags of Japan, South Korea, and the United States take center stage, seamlessly integrated with Futura’s hallmarks: his Pointman mascot, distinctive typography, and recurring motifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
