Each copy of Retro Pack contained 3 Yu-Gi-Oh TCG booster packs containing 9 cards from a selection of 101 cards in total. It was also possible to purchase a box of 24 booster packs. However, Retro Pack was never released outside Europe and was regarded by the rest of the world&#8217;s Yu-Gi-Oh TCG community as a &#8220;lost set&#8221;\u2014but that&#8217;s about to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 23 August 2024, Retro Pack will drop in North America, ending a wait of more than 16 years. In addition, to preserve the retro aura of the set&#8217;s cards, each card&#8217;s frames, flavor texts, illustrations, and even names will be tailored to match what they would&#8217;ve been in 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The standout card from the 2024 version of Retro Pack\u2014just as was the case in 2008\u2014will be a Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon card. Not only that\u2014the rarities of each card in the 2024 version have been changed so as to increase buyers&#8217; chances to pull a rarer card. The rarity breakdown of all 101 cards is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>11 Secret Rares<\/li><li>8 Ultra Rares<\/li><li>10 Super Rares<\/li><li>24 Rares<\/li><li>48 Commons<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No launch date for Retro Pack has yet been confirmed for areas other than North America.
