[Update 29 May 2024] A new image of the monochromatic, multi-material masterpiece that is the Aim\u00e9 Leon Dore x New Balance 1000 in “Black” has surfaced (via @jessieyeezy_<\/a>). Check it out in the gallery above! A firm release date and pricing have yet to be announced, so come back soon for updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teddy Santis, Aim\u00e9 Leon Dore head honcho and the creative director of New Balance’s MADE in USA line, is taking on the New Balance 1000. This “Black” colorway arrives alongside its “White”<\/a> counterpart teased by the man himself earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pair features an austere yet polished monochromatic upper, merging breathable mesh with textured and patent leather overlays. Aim\u00e9 Leon Dore branding is subtly incorporated on the tongues, lateral forefoot, and insoles, complemented by Black and White two-tone laces. Lastly, the entire ensemble comes together over a rubber outsole bearing the same palette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A firm release date hasn’t been disclosed, but expect the Aim\u00e9 Leon Dore x New Balance 1000 “Black” to be availed through the two parties’ brick-and-click stores sometime this year. Stay tuned for more information and images in the coming weeks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
