Thus, when Start Deck 100 [S1] was released as something of a summary of the eighth generation of the Pok\u00e9mon TCG up to that point, Pikachu V was, as expected, positioned as one of the set&#8217;s standout cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This card&#8217;s Full Art illustration is covered in holofoil and comes with an outer silver border for added visual appeal. Further augmenting this effect is the silver outline that surrounds Pikachu V. Although this card does not have a specific rarity, it would be on the higher end of the rarity scale if it did as its card number is larger than the set number\u2014thus denoting that this is one of eight &#8220;secret&#8221; cards in the set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, any of these non-standard cards that feature Pikachu will draw much attention.
