Raidraptor monster cards are perhaps best known for being part of the deck used by Shay Obsidian in Yu-Gi-Oh ARC-V, a spin-off manga and anime series. The majority of the cards in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Core Booster Phantom Nightmare are taken from Yu-Gi-Oh’s multiple spin-off series\u2014one of which is this Raidraptor – Rising Rebellion Falcon card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long-time Yu-Gi-Oh fans will know that this card’s name is taken from the three cards upon which this card is based\u2014Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon, Raidraptor – Ultimate Falcon, and Raidraptor – Rise Falcon. In addition, its destructive and damaging effect mimics that of Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon while its immunity to card effects is similar to that of Raidraptor – Rise Falcon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding to this card’s desirability while also increasing its gameplay viability is the fact that this card is unprecedented in multiple ways. It’s the first Rank 13 monster in the history of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. In addition, this card has the highest original ATK (4000) and DEF (3500) of all Winged Beast monsters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like many others among Phantom Nightmare’s cards, this card comes in Quarter Century Secret Rare form. The spectrum-like effect of the holofoil adds to the card’s visual appeal by making it seem as though light is reflecting off the character’s metallic mechanized exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This card has already been released in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Raidraptor – Rising Rebellion Falcon (Phantom Nightmare PHNI-JP045) card sells for 3,180 JPY (~US$20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
