Often, such characters are not even to be regarded as canon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Uta, the primary antagonist of One Piece Film: Red, is a clear exception to this\u2014so much so that her card from ONE PIECE Card Game expansion set Paramount War [OP-02] has become one of the set&#8217;s biggest pulls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Secret Rare Special (SEC-SPC) card depicts the songstress in front of a whimsical, mostly pastel-colored background befitting both her aesthetic and personality. The spectrum-like holofoil also provides the top half of the card with a rainbow-esque visual effect to add another layer to the card&#8217;s imagery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The usual value boost that cards depicting female characters receive is once again in effect here.
