New Balance has its fair share of wacky designs – like the surf-inspired STAUD x New Balance Collection<\/a> or the Stone Island x New Balance Elite 2022<\/a> – but we’re here to tell you that their upcoming NB574 “Navy” is the polar opposite.<\/p>\n

Instead, the 574 “Navy” is a highlight of the other face of New Balance that the market has come to know and love. It’s one that’s managed to consistently walk the tightrope creating designs that are minimalist, but not plain. The colourway pairs white laces, highlights and midsoles as well as a beige NB-branded heel with a two-toned Navy upper. Along the upper, mesh, leather and suede provide subtle contrast to complement with the lighter and darker shades of navy blue.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, NB branding stands out using glittery gold on the tongue tab and maroon red on the heel. It’s sufficient to add flavour to the colourway, but not enough to take away from the simplicity.<\/p>\n

Overall, the NB 574 “Navy” sits nicely between other New Balance Classics as a sneaker that pairs easily with any outfit. The New Balance 574 “Navy” will be releasing in Japan on 30 Jul through New Balance’s online store and select retailers for a retail price of \uffe514,850, so expect it to show up on the SNKRDUNK App soon!<\/p>\n
