Last year marked a decade since Fear of God came onto the scene. Befittingly, it also marked the launch of the newest arm of the brand’s portfolio\u2014Fear of God Athletics. The line seamlessly blends FOG’s founder Jerry Lorenzo’s high-fashion touch with adidas’ athletic heritage. The initial collection sold out fast, testifying to how much anticipation surrounded its debut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now in 2024, Fear of God Athletics takes an exciting turn with the introduction of the adidas Fear of God Athletics 1 “Indiana University”. This colorway pays homage to both the Indiana Hoosiers, and the extremely popular annual NCAA basketball tournament that is known as March Madness<\/a>. A “Miami Hurricanes” colorway<\/a> also exists alongside this pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fear of God Athletics 1 “Indiana University” embodies the spirit of the Indiana Hoosiers perfectly. The classic silhouette features a sleek Core Black upper that allows the vibrant Red toe overlay\u2014Indiana’s signature color\u2014to pop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rest remains familiar: engineered mesh, seamless TPU overlays, and a comfortable neoprene bootie for a perfect fit. The sole boasts adidas’ innovative Lightstrike cushioning technology, finished in a subtle Cream that complements the overall design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally slated for a release on 23 February 2024, the adidas Fear of God Athletics 1 “Indiana University” will instead hit shelves on 4 April 2024, exclusively on Fear of God’s website<\/a>. Available in men’s sizes, these sneakers come at an RRP of US$250.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
