Only 1,000 copies of this card have ever been printed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every copy of this card was first issued as a tournament prize. In July and August 2023, <a href=\"https:\/\/snkrdunk.com\/en\/magazine\/2024\/02\/13\/6-mega-expensive-one-piece-card-game-tournament-prize-cards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">those who finished in the top eight of a Regional or Treasure Cup tournament had the opportunity to win a Serial Number Shanks card<\/a>. Due to its scarcity, it&#8217;s certainly possible that this card&#8217;s already remarkable value will continue to increase as time passes, since this card has only been on the open market for less than a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This card&#8217;s illustration features alternate artwork that&#8217;s only available on its SEC-P version. It depicts the leader of the Red Hair Pirates about to draw his sword with the ONE PIECE Card Game logo in the background.
