[Update 19 Aug 2024] The Nike Kobe 8 Protro Team Bank (TB) pack, featuring five colorways: “Hollywood Nights”, “Lakers Home”, “Wolf Grey”, “College Navy”, and “University Red”, will release on 6 September 2024. Men’s sizes will be available for all colorways, with grade school (GS) sizes for “Hollywood Nights”, “Wolf Grey” and “University Red”, and preschool (PS) sizes exclusively for “Hollywood Nights”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retail prices are US$190 for men’s sizes, US$120 for GS, and US$90 for PS. Look for the collection on the SNKRDUNK App post-release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the Kobe Bryant estate (helmed by Vanessa Bryant) and Nike renewed their partnership, the entire Kobe line has experienced a rejuvenation. Every succeeding release of the Kobe 8 Protro, from the incoming \u201cMambacita\u201d<\/a> colorway to the “Halo”<\/a>, has been imbued with nostalgia and homages to its namesake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Black Mamba lives on among us through his legendary highlight reels, insightful interviews, anecdotes from his contemporaries, and of course, his shoes. While there are other iconic colorways set to return, they’ll be joined soon enough by the titular Nike Kobe 8 Protro Team Bank (TB) Pack comprising five more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Lakers Home”\/“Hollywood Nights”<\/a><\/strong>: Two team-themed iterations\u2014a White “Home” with Laker purple and gold accents, and a black “Hollywood Nights” counterpart featuring University Gold, Court Purple, and White details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Wolf Grey”\/“University Red”<\/a>\/”College Navy”<\/strong>: Three monochromatic takes of each color, contrasted by White on the midsole and profile Swooshes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the aforementioned Protro editions will feature a drop-in React cushioned midsole, replacing the classic Lunarlon for a modern performance boost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The five-piece Nike Kobe 8 Protro Team Bank (TB) Pack will launch in Fall 2024 through Nike SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All will be releasing in men’s sizes for US$190. However, the “Hollywood Nights” will also be availed in GS and PS sizes for US$120 and US$90, respectively; as with the GS sizes of the “Wolf Grey” and “University Red” for US$120.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
