The shoe’s release has also been postponed to 10 August, so fans may have to wait a week longer. [Update 28 Jun 2024] New images of the opulent shoe that is the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Black\/Metallic Gold” have arrived via @thesolechaserz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the images, the sun shining on the Metallic Gold brings it out and gives a sense of what the full potential of the color is. Take a look at the new images in the gallery above as we await its drop on 3 August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Update 30 Apr 2024] The Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Black\/Metallic Gold” received a new release date. Initially expected to drop on 10 August, the silhouette will now be released a week earlier, on 3 August. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The iconic Nike Air Jordan 1 just keeps rolling out fresh looks. Jordan Brand keeps finding ways to reinvent this classic shoe, and it remains a fixture on store shelves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fall 2024 brings a twist on a familiar colorway with the return of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG \u201cBlack\/Metallic Gold\u201d. This time, the shoe features a unique take on the classic “Bred” color scheme. Instead of the usual red accents, the colorway boasts a shiny, metallic gold that replaces the red on the upper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shoe maintains its high-quality build with smooth black leather and a touch of luxury with the Metallic Gold. A crisp white midsole and a gold rubber outsole complete the look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG \u201cBlack\/Metallic Gold\u201d releases in August 2024 at Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers. The shoe will retail at US$180 (adults), US$40 (GS), US$85 (PS), and US$70 (TD\/CB) respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
