A major fan favorite since her introduction in the fifth generation of Pok\u00e9mon, Bianca made her latest appearance in the Pok\u00e9mon TCG as part of the Cyber Judge [SV5M] expansion set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its Special Art Rare (SAR) form, Supporter card Bianca’s Devotion rose to prominence among Pok\u00e9mon TCG collectors almost immediately after the set’s release, becoming the most coveted and expensive card of the set in relatively short order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This card is intended as a one-shot use, fully replenishing the HP of any Pok\u00e9mon which had 30 HP or less beforehand. However, that’s not the primary appeal of this card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First and foremost, this card’s illustration truly stands out. This Full Art illustration by Cona Nitanda depicts Bianca asleep on the couch beside Musharna, her signature Pok\u00e9mon. The gentle color palette used goes well with the card’s imagery; both work together to capture a scene that perfectly encapsulates Bianca as a character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the fact that it’s Bianca increases this card’s desirability. For one thing, prior to this card’s release, it had been years since a new card depicting one of the Pok\u00e9mon series’ most popular rival characters had been printed. The well-documented “female character effect” also plays a role in driving up the card’s value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This card’s English version is card 209\/162 from the Temporal Forces [TEF] set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Bianca’s Devotion (Cyber Judge [SV5M] 097\/071) card of SAR rarity has a sale price of 17,000 JPY (~US$115).<\/p>\n\n\n
