The iconic Nike Air Max 97 gets a fresh desert makeover! This new colorway, dubbed “Dune Red,” takes inspiration from the sandy hues and architectural features of desert landscapes. While not directly related to Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming Dune<\/i> film, it still offers a striking visual experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Dune Red” colorway features an upper that blends a burnt orange hue with earthy tones, sitting on a crisp white base. The Air Max 97’s iconic wavy overlays start with a bold red at the top, gradually transitioning to a deeper maroon towards the bottom, mirroring the natural blending of colors seen in sand dunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rounding off the design, the full-length Air unit and outsole echo the maroon shade, while white leather and mesh maintain a clean, fresh look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
