[Update 20 Mar 2024] New images of the Sky Brown x Nike SB Zoom Pogo Plus have surfaced, courtesy of sample-collector @woganwodeyang<\/a>. They will go for US$100 and are set to be released at Nike<\/a> brick-and-click stores this summer. In the meantime, peep the images in the gallery above!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At just the age of 15, Sky Brown is already the proud owner of an impressive achievement list on the professional skateboarding scene. An Olympic bronze medalist and a World Championship gold medalist, Sky is just getting started. As she gears up for the 2024 Olympics, Nike has teamed up with her to create a new sneaker\u2014the Sky Brown x Nike SB Zoom Pogo Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sneaker’s white and grey upper is made of tumbled leather and suede. It creates a versatile aesthetic that matches the black Swoosh on the midfoot. The Swoosh has a floral print on it, implying growth and beauty. Leather layers bring about a striking three-dimensional effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shoe also contains shout-outs to Sky’s Japanese heritage. Sky’s name written in Japanese is placed across the heel tabs as well as on the right insole. There’s also a portrait of a Japanese woman on both the left insole and one side of the tongue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sky’s own individual touches can be seen in her signature on the other side of the tongue. The white vulcanized rubber sole unit finishes off the look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sky Brown x Nike SB Zoom Pogo Plus will be sold at Nike SB retailers and Nike online starting from Summer 2024. The retail price is US$100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
