Union co-founder, Beth Birkett, and her Bephies Beauty Supply (BBS) label are gearing up for the release of their first collaboration with Jordan Brand in celebration of the model\u2019s 30th Anniversary.<\/p>\n

BBS was founded in 2020 and is a women\u2019s-focused streetwear label that aims to build a community to support women of color and LGBTQ+ creatives. In this partnership between the duo, Birkett will apply her unique twist on a coveted Air Jordan silhouette, the Air Jordan 7 Retro.<\/p>\n

Made for the ladies, the BBS x Air Jordan 7 Retro SP will be dressed in a unique colorway which is a mixture of sanddrift, peach cream, malt, and turf orange. The sneaker features a back heel strap reminiscent of the Nike Air Huarache, and a mesh bag covering the neoprene bootie. The mesh bag comes with drawstrings and toggle lacing system which emulates a hiking boot<\/p>\n

Beside the Jumpman logo on the booties, mini Swooshes are embroidered at the toe, \u201cAIR JORDAN\u201d marked the rubberized badges at the rear and printed insoles. BBS \u2014 whose logo of a young girl wearing Bantu knots is stamped on the Air Jordan 7’s heel. Elevating the shoe are semi-translucent sole units. The offering of the Bephies Beauty Supply x Air Jordan 7 Retro SP will be housed in special packaging.<\/p>\n

The Bephies Beauty Supply x Air Jordan 7 Retro SP is set to release on 25 August. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in women\u2019s sizing, retail is set at US$210.<\/p>\n
