The 1998 NBA All-Star Game is most remembered today for the face-off between Michael Jordan and a then 19-year-old Kobe Bryant. On that memorable day, Kobe stepped onto the court in a pair of adidas KB8 sneakers. Today, they’ve been rebranded as the adidas Crazy 8 “All-Star”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The adidas Crazy 8 “All-Star” features a color scheme of Core Black, Regal Purple, and Cloud White. For improved texture, the sneaker combines leather and patent leather. Its lightweight design that includes a breathable mesh upper and EVA midsole, meanwhile, maximizes the wearer’s comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number “98” is embroidered into the shoe, referencing the year it first made an appearance. The iconic Three Stripes logo of adidas is also clearly visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select adidas Basketball retailers in-store, online, and on adidas.com will sell the adidas Crazy 8 “All-Star” starting from 15 February 2024. Each pair will cost US$140.<\/p>\n\n\n
