This year, Nike’s making it a point to highlight the brilliance of Tinker Hatfield’s iconic Air Max 1 series. To honor the silhouette’s rich legacy, Nike will bring out a range of different materials and styles to add new flair to a classic. A great example of this is the Nike Air Max 1 LX “Team Red”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sneaker’s color palette is a somewhat eclectic yet tasteful mixture of Sail, Team Red, and Gum Light Brown. A premium leather upper provides much comfort and durability, while glossy patent leather in Team Red infuses the Swoosh logos and mudguards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a touch of class and luxury is the branding on the tongue that comes in Metallic Gold. The Gum Light Brown rubber outsole is semi-translucent; the White midsole contains visible Air Max heel units for high-quality cushioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nike Air Max 1 LX “Team Red” will arrive at select Nike retailers on 10 February 2024. It’ll be available both in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing alone, one pair will be sold for US$160.<\/p>\n\n\n
