Hot off the success of the “Georgia Peach” colorway of his adidas AE1 signature shoe line, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards is releasing three new colorways. One has just dropped; two more are just around the corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First up is the freshly-released “New Wave”. This sneaker references the colors of the Timberwolves logo\u2014a perfectly-timed launch considering that the franchise is now a legitimate title contender for the first time in two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the two colorways to come is the “Best Of Adi”. Informally nicknamed “Stormtrooper”, it’s a mostly monochromatic shoe combining white, grey, and black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Velocity Blue” is also coming soon. Its color scheme is based on the alternate Timberwolves jersey and understandably, its launch date is not long before the NBA playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of these three adidas AE1 colorways costs US$120 and is purchasable via adidas.com. “New Wave” launched on 25 January 2024; “Best Of Adi” and “Velocity Blue” will be released on 1 March 2024 and 8 March 2024 respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
