[Update 19 Sep] King James’ regal “Maccabi” colorway of the LeBron 2 will finally gets a release date set for 28th September. They’ll be available on Nike’s brick-and-click stores with a price tag of US$215. The pair was debuted 18 years ago but a design as timeless, is always worth the wait.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

2022 marks the 20th year of LeBron James’ partnership with Nike, and we have already gotten early looks of a milky pink LeBron 20<\/a> from one of LeBron’s training sessions. Now, it looks like a pair of Player Exclusive LeBron 2 will join in the 20th birthday celebrations too.<\/p>\n

First released in 2004, LeBron wore this Gold and White sneaker at a match against Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv. The Maccabi was considered a bold design at the time, with all-around laser-etched patterns on the outsole and ankle strap. Its gold accents still gives off a regal vibe after all these years.<\/p>\n
