[Update 13 Dec] Official images have finally surfaced for the quintessential Jordan colorway, along with more in-hand photos. All its hallmarks are a mainstay, in addition to the retrofitting of the Team Jordan tag stitched onto the heel. Tonal blues engulf the Fives in all its components, bar the 3M reflective tongue and achromatic mesh window on the quarter. Black midsoles, adorned with the serrated P-51 Mustang-inspired graphic, separate the upper from the crystal rubber outsole underfoot.<\/p>\n

The Jumpman will take over the next year with big releases already in the chamber within the first quarter.<\/p>\n

[Update 16 Sep]\u00a0The pair was teased months before with only a mockup available. While there’re still no official images, at least now we have an in-hand look to help you with your decision to drop or cop. As shared in the original post, the pair will come out on 4th March just in time for March Madness.<\/p>\n

The North Carolina Tar Heels’ blue\u00a0 has donned almost every pair within the linear Jordan Brand catalogue. It’s a retrofitting that summons a tinge of nostalgia to those who are familiar with its namesake’s history. Since 1999, giving back to his alma mater, the Jumpman became the official sponsor of their men’s basketball team.<\/p>\n

Earlier last year, Nike released the Air Jordan 5 \u201cUNC\u201d Player Edition, which was given exclusively to the players and staff of the University of North Carolina men\u2019s football team. With 2023 approaching, the footwear giant will be pushing out the Nike Air Jordan 5 “UNC” for sneakers fanatics around the world.<\/p>\n

The Nike Air Jordan 5 UNC features a monochromatic Carolina Blue upper made with premium nubuck and TPU netting. Other signature details include cle\u00c2ar lace locks, a black midsole with white shark teeth design, and an icy blue translucent outsole. The look rounds off with a a reflective silver tongue that has a black Jumpman logo stamped on it. This sneaker will come in a custom sneaker box and will be offered in full family-sizing.<\/p>\n

The Nike\u00a0Air Jordan 5 \u201cUNC\u201d is expected to drop on 4 March 2023. The retail price is set at US$225. <\/span><\/p>\n
