With November coming to a close, it’s about that time of the year when people start preparing presents for Christmas<\/a>. And what better gift is there for a sneakerhead than a new pair of kicks?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

US sneaker retailer DTLR might have something that fits the bill, especially if you have kids’ wishlists to attend to. The boutique is gearing up a kids’ exclusive New Balance 990v4 “Festive”, set for release on 27 November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It might not be the exact Christmas colors that one is attuned to, but if you ask the average sneaker aficionado, they’ll immediately point toward the popular “Grinch” colorway commonly found on the Nike Kobe 6 series. A bright neon green adorns most of the 990v4’s uppers, complemented with equally vivid red laces and accents. Metallic silver further accentuates the sneaker, coming in on the iconic “N” logo, eyestays, and heel tabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If basketball shoes aren’t quite your or your kids’ thing, perhaps consider the kids’ exclusive DTLR x New Balance 990v4 “Festive”. It’s coming in hot on 27 November via DTLR’s website, before another release in-store on 1 December. It will retail from US$80-US$115, depending on sizing.<\/p>\n\n\n
