Ever since its inception, the New Balance 1906R quickly rose to one of the brand’s most recognized performance running silhouette and has received a wide array of colorway makeovers and collaborative efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the lifestyle label is ready to introduce an upgrade to the coveted model with the new 1906U, a pair focused on the utility aspect of footwear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pair retains majority of the old model’s technical structure, including its N-lock lace system, ABZORB sole technology and N-ergy cushioning. Noticeable differences arrive on the uppers, such as a ripstop and mesh crafted foundation and restructured overlay runnings for enhanced durability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No release details are confirmed at this time, but the 1906U will see its debut in two colorways, respectively “Cream\/Blue\/Pink” and “Grey\/Black\/Yellow”. Check them out via the gallery above and stay tuned here as we await further updates on their arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
