[Update 28 Aug 2024] This week, Jae Tips released his latest Saucony collection, dubbed the “To Do List”, which draws inspiration from running errands and achieving goals. The collection features four vibrant pairs, including two adult versions of the Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 (US$180 each) and two kids\u2019 versions of the Saucony Shadow 6000 (US$85 each), all in eye-catching pink and purple colorways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first drop was made available on 23 August 2024 exclusively at the Billionaire Boys Club store in New York City, with an online release on Jae Tips\u2019 website on 24 August 2024 at 1PM (EST). [Update 20 Aug 2024] The surprise drop location for the Jae Tips x Saucony ProGrid Omni 9, originally slated to drop on 23 August, has been unveiled. The coveted kicks will now launch exclusively at Billionaire Boys Club NYC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A second “Tan” colorway is also dropping alongside the original and will retail for US$180 each. Both colorways are set for a wider release later this month, but release details remain scant for now. [Update 16 Aug 2024] After months of anticipation, the Jae Tips x Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 is set to release on 23 August. Almost exactly a year ago, Jae Tips first teased his maiden collaboration with Saucony\u2014which eventually released almost six months later, in the form of a Grid Azura 2000<\/a>. It set the sneaker world alight, with many calling it the return of Saucony into the sneakersphere. Shortly after, he teased an upcoming Grid Shadow 2<\/a>, which details still remain scant at the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While this latest news might not be the one fans are looking for, they’ll still be extremely happy to know that another collaborative sneaker in on the way\u2014in the form of a colorful ProGrid Omni 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per tradition, the Bronx-native rapper took to his Instagram<\/a> to preview the new sneaker. The silhouette itself originally debut in 2010 as a performance model, but recently enjoyed a resurgence thanks to in-vogue Y2K trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, Jae Tips’ signature usage of colors finds its way onto the ProGrid Omni 9. Pink envelops most of the sneaker’s mesh upper, with a variety of colors\u2014different shades of blue, forest green, purple, and red among the many\u2014accentuating the shoe in almost every corner imaginable. “SAVIOR” is imprinted on the heel to represent the rapper’s brand, along with his iconic colorful flower on the medial side of the shoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
