Crocs first became a household name for its comfortable and versatile footwear, but it was its unexpected and quirky collaborations with A-list celebrities, footwear designers and fashion brands far and wide that truly catapulted its foam clogs into the sneaker stratosphere.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Crocs showed no signs of slowing down. The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex range kept expanding, culminating in a slide version<\/a> and a kids’ line<\/a>. Then, there were the countless collabs with big names ranging from Pixar animation films to K-pop idols. (On top of these, this summer the Crocs Dylan Clog<\/a> also made its debut, while the rugged All-Terrain Atlas Clog<\/a> has become a mainstay in the rotation of gorpcore enthusiasts.)<\/p>\n

While technically a re-release of the kids’ version in adult sizing, sales for the collaborative clog featuring Lightning McQueen’s face, his number “95” and lightning bolts were so fiery hot that another restock in 2024 has already been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Riding high on this wave, Crocs also recently released a companion Mater pair. And the best part? The two clogs can be connected so Mater Crocs can actually tow Lightning McQueen around! <\/p>\n\n\n

This first ever team-up between Crocs and Demon Slayer received lots of fanfare, understandably. Released just a few weeks ago at the New York ComicCon, each of the four pairs from this exclusive pack is inspired by a character from the popular Japanese anime.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tanjiro’s checkered and Nezuko’s pink Haori prints adorn their respective Crocs Clogs, while the assortment of show-centric jibbitz, including Nezuko’s wooden box, Inosuke’s dual blades and Zenitsu’s bird Chuntaro, add to the charm of this Demon Slayer x Crocs collab.<\/p>\n\n\n

The crossover of a heritage denim brand and a foam clog giant gave us a delightful mashup of two Crocs Classic Clogs with uppers featuring Levi’s denim with intricate Sashiko stitching.<\/p>\n\n\n

There’s a light and dark denim version, and, on top of the specially-treated textile, the classic Levi’s logo is also printed on the footbed.<\/p>\n\n\n

But the detail we love most? The little Levi’s red tab that’s sewn on to the lateral soles.<\/p>\n\n\n

Additional details include a brown fur strap with Shrek’s “S” appearing on the connector part.<\/p>\n\n\n

By adding neoprene and TPU material, together with an adjustable nylon cord, to the mouth of Crocs Classic Clog, running brand Satisfy has essentially inserted the “gorp” in gorpcore into the humble foam clog.<\/p>\n\n\n

This new sockliner detail on the Satisfy x Crocs clogs, which comes in a “Bone” and a “Noir” color, ensures that wearers experience a proper snug fit. Each clog also comes with a pouch that can be fitted onto the toebox and that opens up to become a tote bag.<\/p>\n\n\n
