[Update 18 Oct 2023] Campaign images for the ASICS GEL-1130 “Hairy Suede” duo, alongside a surprise drop in select regions, have been announced.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An open mesh upper with hairy suede overlays\u2014it is no wonder some fans are calling out the resemblance with ASICS’ collaboration with HAL Studios. <\/strong>If you missed out on the ASICS x HAL Studios GEL-1130s, here’s your chance<\/a> to cop a similar pair.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nFollowing a series of collaborations with brands such as PACE<\/a>, 8ON8<\/a>, Kiko Kostadinov<\/a> and more, Japanese sportswear label ASICS now unveils a general release with the iconic GEL-1130 model.<\/p>\n

Presenting the “Hairy Suede Pack”, this collection consists of two unique colorways known as \u201cPiedmont Grey\u201d and \u201cSand”. Boasting the silhouette’s staple technical features of a mesh foundation and GEL cushioning system, the titular fabric dresses the overlays, replacing the usual synthetic leather.<\/p>\n

No firm dates have been disclosed for the ASICS GEL-1130 “Hairy Suede Pack” at this time, but expect a release in the coming weeks via ASICS and select retailers. Retail price tag is set at US$120 per pair.<\/p>\n
