Weeks away from the Berlin Marathon, all eyes are once again on Eliud Kipchoge\u2014and his (super) shoes. He’ll likely break out the Nike AlphaFly 3 for his first competition since April’s Boston Marathon, but the Swoosh continues to produce new colorways of the Nike AlphaFly 2, Kipchoge’s on-feet companion in his sub-two-hour record-breaking marathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This latest iteration of the ZoomX AlphaFly NEXT% 2 will arrive clothed in Black ATOMKNIT, with the golden Swooshes traversing from the forefoot. A regal touch, with even more golden hues proliferating on the midsoles, presiding over the cutting-edge ZoomX foam. The exposed Zoom Air pods at the forefoot taken on an achromatic finish stealing no shine from the pair’s other components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s no release date disclosed yet but they are expected to retail for a premium US$275. Stay tuned for more details!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
