[Update 7 Sep 2023] More product images of the upcoming Needles x ASICS footwear collab have emerged, courtesy of @le.syndrome<\/a>. These pairs have been confirmed to feature the ASICS EX89 model and are set to launch on September 15th via Slam Jam. Retail price is set at US$152 per pair.<\/p>\n

Following a recent joint release with DC Shoes, it has been revealed that Japanese streetwear label Needles is set to partner with ASICS for their latest footwear collaboration.<\/p>\n

The surfaced pictures offer a close-up view of the heel counter, showcasing the embroidered ASICS logo and Needles’ butterfly emblem on a leather backdrop. Though unconfirmed, the stitching and panel distribution strongly imply a basketball shoe silhouette, reminiscent of the EX89 model.<\/p>\n

Said to arrive in the coming months, the Needles x ASICS footwear collab will be made available in both black and white variations. Rest assured when more details emerge, we will keep you updated here.<\/p>\n
