adidas and Yeezy seems to have the slip-on consumer base wrapped around their finger. With the explosive popularity of both the Yeezy Slides and Foam Runners, it is no surprise that the collaborative masterminds are releasing two new Foam Runners colorways this June. Just in time for summer, too, where slip-ons are basically a necessity.<\/p>\n

The first of which is the popular “Onyx”. The top-seller colorway for the adidas Yeezy Slides<\/a> on our app in May, it is no surprise that this jet black shade is dressing the Foam Runner this 11 June. The one-piece EVA foam is punctured with various cut-outs along the upper. The silhouette’s unique design, coupled with the black foam, gives this rendition a futuristic look. A step above the usual summer slip-on, for sure!<\/p>\n

Next on the release list is “Desert Sand” \u2014 a muted nude tone that Yeezy does supremely well. The porous look remains in this edition of the Foam Runner, as do the highly comfortable footbed and radial tread underfoot.<\/p>\n

In both, branding is kept to the minimum, with only the three-striped adidas logo placed subtly on the heel. However, with such an iconic look, anyone would know you are repping Yeezys at a glance.<\/p>\n

Both Yeezy Foam Runner “Onyx” and “Desert Sand” have a confirmed release date of 11 June. They will retail at USD$90. In the meantime, keep scrolling to see images of both Foam Runners:<\/p>\n
