Sneaker Details<\/a><\/p>\n

After they first worked together in the “Conversations Amongst Us” short film, designer Joe Freshgoods and NBA player Kawhi Leonard are back! This time, Joe Freshgoods designed Kawhi’s second signature New Balance sneaker, the KAWHI II. Named after the short film, the sneaker features cream and yellow palettes just like the other sneakers in the “Conversations Amongst Us” collection<\/a>. The KAWHI II is as much an efficient court shoe as it is a stylish sneaker, using New Balance’s Kinetic Stitch in the upper and FuelCell cushioning in the midsole. This contains the foot’s movement and provides better energy returns, contributing to quicker, more responsive movements on the court. Meanwhile, the wavy yellow and grey outsole add a touch of playfulness to complete the sneaker’s look.<\/p>\n

The KAWHI II “Conversations Amongst Us” dropped on 24 May on DTLR, and is expected to meet a wider New Balance drop later in the year. More details below.<\/p>\n
