[Update 9 May 2024] The Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack TR \u201cSail\u201d was recently shock dropped on Travis Scott’s website today, 9 May. More importantly, the pair has been renamed to “CJ1 T-REXX DARK MOCHA”. Likewise for the incoming “University Red”<\/a> colorway dropping on 10 May.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Update 22 Apr 2024] Campaign images featuring Travis Scott in the Jordan Jumpman Jack TR “Sail” alongside his apparel collaboration<\/a> with Playboi Carti\u2019s Opium and Jordan Brand have emerged! Check out the shots in the gallery above and anticipate the release on 30 April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Update 1 Mar 2024] After earlier reports suggesting a release on 5 March, the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack TR “Sail” is now rumored to drop on Travis Scott’s birthday, 30 April, alongside other colorways including “University Red”<\/a>. Stay tuned here as we await confirmation from Jordan Brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Update 28 Feb 2024] It’s been a long time coming: The first wave of release of the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack is beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The titular “Sail” (reminiscent of their “Reverse Mocha” Nike Air Jordan 1) colorway will arrive on 5 March with an RRP of US$200, although the avenues of where they’ll be available hasn’t been disclosed. They could be on Nike SNKRS as well as shop.travisscott.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Update 5 Feb 2024] No prior announcements have been made, but the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack TR “Reverse Mocha” officially went live via Travis Scott’s official website today and has already sold out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking to Instagram, Jordan Brand has also unveiled a new visual for the release with a caption of “Coming soon”. Stay tuned here for further updates on a wider release!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travis Scott is dominating the news cycle again, especially with Utopia<\/em>‘s imminent release. But if there’s anything more polarizing than the album and its grand launch in Egypt, it’s the new Jordan Brand silhouette that he’s been teasing for months now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Officially known as the Travis Scott x Jordan Cut The Check, some colorways that have surfaced recently have been self-referential, taking cues from their prior Air Jordan 1 Low series such as the “Medium Olive”<\/a> and now, the titular “Reverse Mocha”, some of the most popular makeups in the line. In addition to a “Grey”<\/a> pair recently teased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pair was seen on La Flame himself but @glitchedgarbage<\/a> and @jfgrails<\/a> have generously generated what seems to be quite an accurate mockup. Therein sees the familiar “Reverse Mocha” color-blocking, from the pale Reverse Swooshes on the profiles, to the dark brown base panels. Lest we forget, the midfoot strap as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to earlier information, the pair is expected to debut before the year is over with more colorways to follow in early 2024. There’s nothing to ascertain where in the release window the pair-in-question will fall, this year or the next. But rest assured, they will see the light of day having seen Travis Scott wearing the shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
