The release will take place on 6 December via PORTER Omotesando and a pop-up store at Isetain Shinjuku, followed by Valentino and PORTER Tokyo on 15 December. PORTER has been on a roll this year, partnering with brands far and wide including a recent collab with Starbucks<\/a> and one with JJJJound<\/a>. But this next one with Valentino might be the Japanese brand’s biggest yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valentino recently held its Spring\/Summer 2024 Menswear show “Valentino The Narratives” where the Iuxury house’s vibrant colors and motifs come to life through an unexpected collaboration with PORTER. Male models strutted down the runway wielding the Valentino x PORTER collection, in which, according to Valentino, “the aesthetic heritage of Valentino encounters refined Japanese craftsmanship.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four silhouettes were introduced on the runway, which were fresh takes on old favorites like the Valentino Garavani Loc\u00f2 Bag and at least three PORTER bag models including the tote and messenger bags. The crossover sees the Valentino Toile motif printed onto PORTER bags and the Valentino Loc\u00f2 Bag dress in PORTER’s trademark nylon fabric for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While prices of the bags are not available at the time of writing, we are expecting the Valentino x PORTER collection to drop some time during spring 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
