While New Balance has been propelled to public attention by their back catalogue, it’s their latest models that’s keeping them at the fore. One of which is the 9060. A model that amalgamates the ’90s and ’00s 990 and 860 models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many collaborators have taken on the pair like Joe Freshgoods<\/a> and Bricks & Wood<\/a>. Between them are a bevy of inline releases with the most recent being the titular “Mercury” colorway. The pair is predominantly dressed in purple Mercury up top with a color shift gradually moving from black on the midsole, to the Rouge accents below. As far as its construction, it retains its suede overlays and dual-toned mesh base layer. The translucent heel mold isn’t left out either, as are the “N” logos on the profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There isn’t a release date disclosed yet but they’re expected to arrive sometime within the year with an RRP of 19,800 JPY (~US$140). Enjoy the product images above as we await more details to emerge!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
