[Update 6 Jun 2023] Official images of the Nike Air Max 1 ’86 “Blue Safari” have now surfaced alongside a release date. Take a look at them on the article slider above as we await the pair’s arrival on 16 June via Nike retailers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[Update 30 May 2023] A new image of the Nike Air Max 1 ’86 PRM “Big Safari” have emerged. A firm release date hasn’t been disclosed but the rumor mill has them projected for June 2023. If there’s any veracity to it, then more details should emerge within the coming weeks. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n

Air Max Day 2023 came and went, but the Big Bubble is here to stay. Shortly after Kids of Immigrants presented four different colorways<\/a> as well as a rumored “Royal Blue”<\/a> set to drop next year, the Nike Air Max 1 ’86 is now set to arrive in a “Blue Safari” makeup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nike Air Max 1 ’86 “Blue Safari”, as stipulated by the ’86 tag, features the OG Big Bubble which returned with the Air Max 1 “Big Bubble Red”<\/a> during Air Max Day. However, the upcoming sneaker flips the script by utilising Diffused Blue throughout its upper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest offering also features another of Tinker Hatfield’s innovative designs, the now-iconic Safari print, which adorns the mudguard. An in-vogue vintage-treated sole unit appears underfoot, while a handwritten-like “AIR” text can be found right above the visible air unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
