[Update 18 May 2023] Taking to Instagram, June Sanders, Creative Director of DTLR, has shared new images of the DTLR x New Balance footwear. Known as “Lovers Only”, the silhouette has been confirmed to be a 2002R model, sporting a grayscale base with colorful accents.<\/p>\n

A t-shirt was also revealed alongside the sneaker, suggesting a potential apparel collection by the duo. Stay tuned for more updates here and take a look at the latest images on the article slider above.<\/p>\n

Following their collaborative initiative with the 990v3 “GR3YSCALE”<\/a>, Washington-based boutique DTLR and lifestyle label New Balance is set to return for another exclusive sneaker release.<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram, DTLR teased shots of a highway background, with a blurred out New Balance silhouette in the center. Rumored to be a 2002R model, the images also revealed a focus on the “Virginia is for Lovers” slogan, suggesting a thematic release based on the aforementioned state.<\/p>\n

No additional details besides a caption of “5.26.23” have been disclosed, so expect more to be revealed for the upcoming DTLR x New Balance collaboration on 26 May. We will keep you updated here when news reaches us.<\/p>\n
