MSCHF has had quite the interesting year. After hitting peak viral status with the release of their Astro Boy-inspired “Big Red Boot” a couple of months back, the Brooklyn-based collective hasn’t stopped producing footwear. Joining the lineup is the Gobstomper “Greylag Goose”, which comes with it’s popular foot hangtag.

The Gobstomper was made famous through The Tonight Show‘s host, Jimmy Fallon. Last year, he worked with MSCHF to create the Gobstomper “Jimmy Fallon Edition”, where he proudly debuted on TV as well.

This time around, the collective is releasing an inline colorway for the Gobstomper, titled “Greylag Goose”. Built with a full suede construction, the upper comes in a muted tone of gray. A lighter shade takes on the overlay and toebox mudguard, while streaks of orange and red accentuates the sneaker. This is where it gets interesting: with natural wear and tear, the upper sheds its layer to reveal blotches of orange and red, inspired by a goose’s bill and legs. As mentioned above, MSCHF’s popular foot hangtag accompanies the sneaker.
