Little has changed in terms of the silhouette since Bruce Kilgore created the Air Force 1, the first basketball shoe to utilize Nike Air technology, in 1982. However, Nike Sportswear has added various designs and materials to the famous shoe throughout the years. This year, the Swoosh introduces the “United in Victory” pack that’s already subsumed the Air Max Plus. The collection is growing quickly with the addition of not one, but two Air Force Ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The motif that ties the entire pack together is the distinctive “N” and “U” monogram that proliferates the uppers of the pairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first model is engulfed in the above-mentioned design while the leather Swooshes and heels are covered in a sophisticated Tan shade. As are the tongues, laces, inner mesh lining, and insoles. Additional features include Metallic Gold lace dubraes, Black “N” and “U” branded tongues, and Swoosh hang tags with a special “United in Victory” message on the inner tongue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the second, the shoe arrives with a leather upper predominantly dressed in White, with it also the mesh on the tongue and interior. The Swooshes and heels are covered with the pack motif, black and white monogram pattern. It’s similar in make as the first with branding elements finding the same placement. All the aforementioned sit atop a solid White AF1 rubber soles, regalled with Metallic Gold Swoosh lace drubraes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There isn’t much revealed about the pair aside from these images but with this set emerging, there’s reason to be optimistic that they’ll arrive soon. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
