Nike Sportswear releases many new collections each season, along with unique iterations of its best-selling models. One currently in the pipeline, the “Athletic Department” pack, centers around a vintage aesthetic paying homage to olden college athletics. Thus far subsumed is an Air Max 1<\/a>, P-6000<\/a>, with this new makeup joining another Dunk Low<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similar color-blocking to its bright red predecessor, this reiteration gives its nubuck overlays a familiar greyscale appearance while adding a worn look to the midsole and “Coconut Milk”-dipped laces. The silhouette lightens the overall look with a clean white base and adopts North Carolina’s “University Blue” hue to highlight its collar, tongue trim, heel tab, mid-foot Swoosh, and tread underneath, while complementing the golden Nike embroidery and achromatic “Athletic Department” branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information is scant at the moment but with these official images emerging, there’s reason to believe more about the pair will come to light. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
