Slated to arrive on 4 May, the pair will be made available via New Balance with a price tag of $170. [Update 5 Apr 2023] Official images of the upcoming Aim\u00e9 Leon Dore x New Balance 1906R have officially landed, courtesy of SlamJam<\/a>. The retail set is at 180EUR (~US$197). While an official release date has not been confirmed yet, the fact that it’s up for viewing on the boutique retailer points towards an imminent drop. Stay tuned as we’ll bring you the latest about this release as soon as we can.<\/p>\n

[Update 29 Mar 2023] New images have surfaced offering us a looks the original leaks couldn’t. Through these, we get vivid view of its finer details like the metallic finish on the vamp eyelet, the floral emblem on the tongue, as well as the copper frame on the N-LOCK technology on the profiles. Nevertheless, they remain an enigma with the lack of information surrounding them. But when new ones do arrive, find it here at this very page!<\/p>\n

There’re some partnerships that are so long-running that their names are almost synonymous with each other. One such is Nike and St\u00fcssy, and another\u2014in time to come\u2014New Balance and Aim\u00e9 Leon Dore. In fact, it’s not too far from the truth to say the latter is partly responsible for the former’s renaissance. Adding another page to their collaborative portfolio, comes the ALD x NB 1906R. Its hallmarks are a mainstay here, everything people adore about the archetypal Dad shoe. The double mesh base in sail, the synthetic overlays adorned with black and green at the fore, its metallic finish on the quarter, as well as the TPU heel cage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The N-Lock system on its sides gets framed in gold and likewise on the “NB” branding on the heel counter. White makes up the most of the midsole while accented by green at the front. The outsole is engulfed in black underfoot, anchoring all the components just mentioned. Other key details include the unique vector on the head of the tongue tag and the ALD branding on the footbed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s no additional information that came with the leak aside from what discernible from the visual. When they do arrive however, expect to see them here as an update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
