The “Nike Air More Uptempo,” with its powerful design, is an eye-catching basketball shoe created by designer Wilson Smith in the 1996, a time when big and conspicuous was considered a good thing as similar as pop art. The “AIR” letter on the side appeals to the innovative technology and pride of Nike which led the high-tech boom. The “AIR” also drew attention when the Chicago Bulls won the championship in 1996 and Scottie Pippen wore the shoes at the Atlanta Olympics. In recent years, the brand has enjoyed a resurgence that has surpassed that of its predecessors, and it has become a street icon. With women’s colors and kids’ models also being developed, the brand is gaining support from a wide range of generations.
The latest Air More Uptempo, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2021, is inspired from trading card game that is kids’ toy. the shoe based on a chic monotone color scheme, with the “AIR” lettering framed by pop primary colors of yellow, blue, and orange, designed to jump out at the eye.
