1. About SNS × New Balance 991 “Secret”

Continuing on from the previous models release, the special edition New Balance and SNS collaboration 991 is now available with secret colors!!

SNEAKERSNSTUFF is a sneaker boutique originating from Stockholm, Sweden. In 2005, the two founders of SNS visited the New Balance factory in Flimby, U.K., and within 10 minutes they were talking about a collaboration. And both companies are said to have come to a collaborated agreement at the time. This time, a special model will be released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the start of sneaker production at the Flimby factory.

The new collaborated lineup with secret color will include the “991”, which was released in 1991 from New Balance. If the shoe is similar to its predecessor, the secret color will be a retro, sporty, yet classy, taking advantage of the streamlined design. Also the upper is likely to be constructed with a combination of pig suede and smooth leathers, as well as perforated leathers that create a luxurious feel. And it is anticipated that the toe, quarter panel, and heel will be designed to emphasize three-dimensionality through clever material and color transitions. Fans will be even happier if there is also an insole printed with the “SNEAKERSNSTUFF” logo as same as the predecessors.
