SNKRDUNK’s exclusive collaboration with WIND AND SEA is set to hit Singapore’s shores real soon. Dropping exclusively at SNKRDUNK Singapore on 11 February, this capsule collection will feature a massive array of tees, bottoms and accessories for your browsing pleasure.

Famed for its simple yet eye-catching typographic tees, WIND AND SEA has swept Japan by storm since its inception in 2018. The brand was founded by Japanese stylist-photographer Takashi Kumagai and has given us collaborations with streetwear juggernauts like HYSTERIC GLAMOUR and FACESTASM.

This upcoming WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK collab encompasses the essence of both brands—mashing WIND AND SEA’s signature designs with SNKRDUNK’s favourite sneakers. Ardent sneakerheads will be quick to notice that the capsule draws inspiration from some of the most iconic sneaker colorways, such as the “Michigan”, “UNC” and “Panda”.

WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK “SEA” Tee – SG$80

Available in Black, Navy, Olive, Red and White

Kicking off this special collaboration is WIND AND SEA’s staple design. Featuring their iconic “SEA” typography on the front of the tee and “WIND AND” around the back, this simple yet unmissable design is a classic that many Japanese celebrities have donned over the years.

To make things more unique, both the “SEA” and “WIND” texts have been amped up with foam print, giving it a “3D” feel that pops from the tee.

WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK “DUNK” Tee – SG$80

Available in Black, Navy, Olive, Red and White

Our take on the original WIND AND SEA graphic sees the design flipped around. “DUNK AND” printed typography adorns the front, while “SNKR” is embroidered on the sleeve to further iterate our partnership.

Similar to the “SEA” tee, five different colors with contrasting text are offered in the collection, giving you a wide range of options to play around with.

WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK “SEA Reversed” Crewneck – SG$169

Available in Black and Red

Embracing WIND AND SEA’s ethos of enhancing boldness with subtle details, our sole Crewneck design comes in the form of the “SEA Reversed” design, another signature from the Japanese label.

Featuring the three letters that make up “SEA”, a trifecta of each alphabet appears on either sleeve as well as the front of the crewneck. For good measure, a solitary “S” letter is imprinted on the back, ensuring the word “SEA” can be recognised from all angles.

WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK “DUNK” Sweat Shorts – SG$139

Available in Black, Navy, Olive, Red and White

Matching the graphic tees are two variations of sweat shorts. The “DUNK” version features a glossy “DUNK AND” text printed on the left thigh, while a smaller “SEA” logo is embroidered on the right. Two pockets sit on the back giving you ample storage, while another “SNKR” text is embroidered on the left. A hint of vintage comes in the form of frayed ends, giving the sweat shorts a rugged feel that adds a depth of personality to a timeless piece.

WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK “AND SEA” Coach Jacket – SG$189

Available in Black and White

Perfect for the beach, the coach jacket is crafted with nylon which provides a cool layer of protection for warmer temperatures. A glossy “AND SEA” is printed on the left chest, while a larger “WIND AND” adorns the back of the jacket. An additional “SNKRDUNK” text is featured on the right wrist, encapsulating the entire collaboration into one.

Both versions feature a tri-palette of colors, with the Black version mixing with a muted grey and purple, while the brighter White jacket dances around with fluorescent yellow and blue. If you’ve got your eyes on this coach jacket, act fast—stocks are super limited!

Typography forms the center piece for most of WIND AND SEA’s designs, and center-alignment is the key to this hoodie’s design. Three prints are positioned on the front, back and sleeve, all symmetrically oriented down the middle of its respective places.

WIND AND SEA’s texts adorn the front and back of the hoodie, while SNKRDUNK once again features on the right wrist. The “AND SEA” hoodie comes in Green, White, Black and Red.

WIND AND SEA x SNKRDUNK “DUNK” Cap – SG$80

No apparel collection is complete without its accessories. In terms of headwear, the “DUNK” flat-billed six panel takes centerstage. “DUNK AND” text is embroidered on the front of the cap, while “SNKR” is likewise embroidered on the back. Additionally, the collection’s signature snap button motif is featured above the buckle, a perfect match with the collection’s tops and bottoms.
