[Update 30 Jan 2023] Following the release of the blue NMD S1 MAHBS, Pharrell’s Humanrace takes to Instagram to hint a future release with an image of various colorway samples of the silhouette. Check out the image in the top slider as we await for more to come from the artist and his label.

The adidas’ NMD series has always been a favorite for American artist Pharrell Williams and his Humanrace line. While he ventures into the catalogue of the three-stripe labels with a recent take on the Samba, it is always expected of him to have another pair of NMDs in the work.

Joining forces with adidas Originals once again, Pharrell marks his first collaborative drop of the year with the NMD S1 MAHBS. Seen with multiple renditions of the RYAT variants in 2022, the NMD S1 MAHBS sees an upgrade from the regular low-cuts offered by the sports label.

Constructed to an organic aesthetic with oatmeal canvas upper, asymmetrical details decorates the pair with blue color-blocking finishes that extends to the heels. Equipped with transparent TPU cage and plugs for a visual pop, BOOST technology provides superior cushioning and comfort. Lastly, a typography print of Humanrace’s logo highlights the canvas body on the sides.

Now available via adidas’ official webstore for 360 AUD (~US$255), a wider release of the Pharrell x adidas NMD S1 MAHBS “Blue” will also follow on 21st January via select retailers.

An additional green colorway teased via Humanrace’s Instagram will also be expected to arrive in the coming weeks. In the meantime, stay tuned here for more future updates.
