1. About Nike Air Max Penny 1 “Home”

Nike will be reissuing the Air Max Penny 1 in OG colors!!

Anfernee Hardaway, aka “Penny,” is a former NBA player for the Orlando Magic. His tremendous successes earned his the nickname “the next Michael Jordan,” and he took the world by storm in the mid-1990s. However, repeated injuries stopped his momentum in the late 90s, and he faded out from NBA in the early 2000s. If not for injuries, Penny was expected to rival the likes of Michael Jordan and Lebron James, but he went down in history as a “glass superstar”.

This time, his signature Nike model “Air Max Penny 1” will be reissued in “Home” color, one of the three original colors. The “Home” color is based on the Orlando Magic’s home colors of white and blue, and the shoe’s tongue features a stripe pattern that was part of the Magic’s uniform at the time. This is the first reprint of the “Home” model, so it is sure to be a hotly contested issue.
