With more countries opening up their borders, many have started to make their travel plans for the future. Preparing the necessities for a trip may seem a lot to some, but besides those that fit into your suitcase, wouldn’t having a perfect pair of footwear to last you the whole trip be a relief? Well, RIMOWA and adidas got you covered with that.

Introducing the RIMOWA x adidas Originals NMD S1, the German duo utilizes aspects of each of their own technogies and traditions to give a new life to the latter’s latest silhouette. Featuring a beige knitted upper and rubber lug sole, the sneaker is decorated with orange laces and linings that takes inspirations from ropes used in outdoor sports.

Co-branded on the tongue, heels and toe sides, a large ‘MADE IN GERMANY’ print is shown on the insoles. Packed in a limited edition box, the sneaker also comes with an extra set of laces and premium shoe bag.

Set to release on 17th November, the RIMOWA x adidas Originals NMD S1 will be made available for 35,200 JPY (~US$255) via an online raffle on atmos Tokyo from 12th to 16th November, with winners expected to be notified from 17th November.
