Zion Williamson Sings a Song of “Ice and Fire” With an AJ 12 Low and Zion 2
Zion Williamson may be ice and fire, but he knows the game more than Jon Snow does.
Jordan Brand seems very vested in Zion Williamson despite missing out all of last season. They’ve blessed him with some of the most interesting colorways for his signature shoes, along with the incoming “Voodoo” rendition of the Air Jordan 1 and Zion 2. Perhaps, this season will see their faith rewarded when he returns to his original form— as a complete on-court behemoth.
As much a beast as he is on the hardwood, off it tells a very different story. He’s playful, jovial, happy-go-lucky. This disparity in his persona, is the pool of inspiration the Jumpman draws from for this two-pair pack of the Air Jordan 12 Low and his latest signature.
The former arrives in a cold Arctic Blue leather with a flame overlay stretching from the lateral quarter to the heel. A dash of Hyper Crimson appears on the heel through the Jumpman logo on the pull tab and the “23” midsole’s heel. The color scheme repeats underfoot on the crystal blue outsole.
For its partner in the Zion 2, the color gets inverted with Hyper Crimson taking the most real estate on the multi-material upper. Arctic Blue comes through on the branding elements from the Zoom Air branding on the forefoot strap, Zion’s logo on the tongue, the Jumpman on the heel counter, and finally at the entirety of the outsole.
There’s no other information about the pair aside from what’s discernable from these leaked images by @uninstructedvision. We’ll make sure the “raven” gets to you as soon as the message gets to us.
